At Touchood, we’re committed to delivering premium quality products just the way you expect them. Every item goes through careful inspection and multiple quality checks before it's packed and shipped out. Our goal is to ensure you receive your order in the best condition.
However, if there’s an issue with sizing, we do offer limited exchange support under specific conditions.
1.No Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. We request you to double-check your cart and order details before making the final payment.
2. No Returns:
All purchases are final. We currently do not offer returns, so please go through the product details and size guide thoroughly before placing your order.
3. Exchange Policies:
- We only accept exchanges for size-related issues.
- Here’s how it works: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.You must raise an exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out the requested size as per availability.
Not Eligible Items for Exchange:
- Any custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
- Items bought under any sale are not eligible for exchange.
How to To Raise an Exchange Request:
Simply get in touch with our customer support team support@touchood.com. Share your order number, the product name, and the size you’d like to switch to. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
